What is BJ's Business?

What type of customer does BJ’s Business serve?

We serve a variety of businesses looking to expand their supply chain on bulk orders: convenience stores, grocers, e-commerce businesses, international exporters, specialty goods wholesalers, government and food service organizations, non-profits, schools, and others.

What size orders does BJ’s Business fulfill?

With many wholesalers, you are limited to pallets and larger orders, which can create challenges for some businesses. At BJ’s Business, we are happy to fulfill large container orders and mixed pallet orders, with quantities down to the case. We also understand that you may want to test new items or run seasonal promotions in smaller quantities and we make that available to you as a business customer.

How is BJ’s Business different from BJ’s Warehouse?

BJ’s Business fulfills larger bulk orders for small to large businesses, while BJ’s Warehouse is open to individuals and customers with smaller orders.

Ordering & Payment Options

Is there a minimum order for BJ’s Business?

We are proud to offer an industry-leading minimum purchase requirement of just $5,000 — the lowest in the industry!

How do I save on volume sales purchases?

-

We offer a wide selection of products available for volume sales purchasing when purchased in pallet or truckload quantities. Discounts may not apply to all products and orders due to market and pricing restrictions. We also encourage you to join our Volume Rewards program to ensure you are getting the best of BJ’s Business. What payment options does BJ’s Business offer?

BJ’s Business offers multiple methods of payment, including wire transfer, cash, or credit card (excluding BJ’s Perks Elite® and BJ’s Perks® Plus credit cards, and any other or successor BJ’s co-branded credit cards however named). Note: All certificates of exemption required for any requested state sales tax exemption must be provided.

Products & Methods of Delivery

What kind of products does BJ’s Business sell?

We offer the broadest assortment of products in the industry with over 7,000 SKUs including BJ’s-exclusive products and national brands your customers want and need. We do not offer the following items due to quality control and export regulations: fresh meat, floral items, gasoline, propane, alcohol, cigarettes and all tobacco-related products, car batteries, tires, and random-weight items. Other product exclusions may apply.

Does BJ’s Business offer container shipments?

Yes. We can arrange for both single-item and consolidated loads. Quotes can be based on delivery to a BJ’s Club/Business Center, freight forwarder, or warehouse. Reach out to your account manager for more details.

Does BJ’s Business offer truckload shipments?

-

Yes, many of the products sold at BJ's Wholesale are available for purchase by the pallet or truckload. This could help you maximize your bottom line and/or see savings on freight.

Can I buy a pallet that contains multiple products?

-

At BJ’s Business, we are happy to fulfill mixed pallet orders, with quantities down to the case. We understand that you may want to test new items or run seasonal promotions in smaller quantities and we make that available to you as a business customer.

Does the order have to consist of a single item?

Purchasing a mixed selection of products is an option through the Volume Sales program. BJ’s Business can easily, efficiently, and economically offer mixed pallets, unlike many competitors.

Can I pick up my BJ’s Business order in person?

Yes. You can work with your Account Manager to organize a pickup time at any of our 240 clubs.

Volume Rewards

What is the Volume Rewards program?

-

Members who opt-in to the Volume Rewards program earn 1.6% uncapped credit calculated monthly, based on order amount. This credit can be used toward future purchases and is not redeemable for cash. Rewards do not expire. Some products may not be eligible for Volume Rewards. Contact your Account Manager for exceptions.

Is there a cap to my order size?

There is no set limit to BJ’s Business orders for our members; however, certain items may be limited in quantity at times due to availability or manufacturer limitations.

Do all products qualify for Volume Rewards?

-

Most of our products do qualify for Volume Rewards, but there may be some products that are unavailable for the program. Please contact your Account Manager with specific questions about Volume Rewards and product eligibility.

Non-Profits

Does BJ’s Business work with non-profit organizations?

Yes, BJ’s Business has partnered with non-profit organizations for over 25 years and can help your non-profit operate within your budget. Our team is very familiar with the constraints and requirements that non-profits encounter including tax-exemption status and procurement.

Is BJ’s Business an OMNIA Partner–approved supplier?

Yes, we are an OMNIA Partner–approved vendor. To take advantage of our OMNIA partnership, simply provide your sales rep with your OMNIA Partners validation and proper account information. From in-store shopping to buying online and picking up in-store or multiple delivery options, our experience ensures that our OMNIA Partners can stretch their budget dollars to meet the challenges of today’s ever-changing landscape.

Export

Can BJ’s Business help with exporting products internationally?

We are experienced with trade compliance and facilitating international orders. We streamline the procurement process and vendor management. Your dedicated account manager will be happy to walk you through the process.

What are your hours of operation?

We are available to answer your calls Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm ET. Our account managers may also be available outside of these hours to help support your account.
